Effective  January 1, 2026:

Owners' Dues Schedule:

Lakefront units Duplex (501 through 553 Canterbury Drive):  $313.00 per month.

All other units:  Quads $285.00 per month.

Single Family Units: $322.00 per month.

(Please note that any HOA account not paid by the 15th of the month will be assessed a $40.00 late payment fee. This also includes any account that incurs an NSF charge or a returned check. The late fee, in addition to any NSF bank charges, will be assessed to the account.)

Effective January 1, 2026:  

Fees on New Construction built after January 2026

Single Family Resident:  

• HOA Fee on Single Family resident $322.00 per month 
• Reserve Buy In Fee:  $250.00 collected at closing (remitted to HOA at closing)
• Insurance and Legal Fees:  $500.00 collected at closing (remitted to HOA at closing) 

Duplex  and Quads Resident:  

• HOA Fee on each duplex $313.00 per unit (Duplex) and $285.00 per unit (Quad);
• Reserve Buy In Fee:  $250.00 collected at closing (remitted to HOA at closing)
• Insurance and Legal Fees:  $500.00 collected at closing (remitted to HOA at closing)
